Requirement for this badge

Have at least one of the following in place, for people who are disabled, LGBTQ+, women, children, elderly, underprivileged, or of diverse body types:

• Hire them — have a policy in place to hire from these groups
• Be owned by them
• Give them fair working conditions — accessible workplace design for disabled employees, inclusive facilities for LGBTQ+ employees, parental leave and flexible work for women, and pay equity and equal benefits for elderly and underprivileged employees
• Donate to them — to children, the elderly, underprivileged groups, or women
